The DUO homogeniser is designed for the upgrading of existing plants. Here the identical processes can be realised as with a full Becomix mixer, such as dispersing of powder or hot/cold production. Available in 4 different sizes.

BECOMIX DUO homogeniser as an inline device or installed in our BECOMIX homogeniser-­‐ mixers for emulsions, liposome manufacture, dispersions, creams, gels, etc.

On account of the patented BECOMIX rotor/stator design, you are able to select from a very wide bandwidth of shearing intensity from very low to very high, precisely matched to your processes.

When rotating clockwise, the BECOMIX-­‐DUO runs in the homogeniser mode with high shear intensity for emulsions and hot/cold production; when rotating counterclockwise it operates in the pump mode with a low shearing intensity but very high throughput for the dispersion of powder and as a CIP pump.

The second product feed connection for liquids allows intake directly into the shear zone for hot/cold emulsifying or for the instant dilution of SLS (LES / Texapon) 70% directly in cold water.

High quality standards thanks to a dry run safe, double-­‐acting slide ring seal with barrier liquid, vacuum and pressure tight.
